Hello and welcome to your class!
There is some important information on this page, so please read this page entirely before you start your class. This page will be shown to you each time that you start your course. You only need to read this page the first time, after that you can just resume your class.
The first thing we recommend that you do is to add our email address “[email protected]” to your approved list in your email program so we can be assured that any future email correspondence we send to you goes directly to your inbox and not your spam folder. This is VERY important so please do it!
The second item we need to cover is that even though this is an online class there is an assigned counselor to each class that is overseeing your logins and progression through your class.
Here are the steps you need to follow each time that you wish to login and out of your class:
- If this is your first time starting your class you need to create a login, which is your name and email address. Your login is case sensitive, so please remember this.
- If you have logged in before please enter your login details to resume your class.
Also please note that each quiz requires a 70% passing grade to advance to the next lesson in your class.
When you are done working on your class and wish to logout, in the upper right corner you will see your initials in a circle, click on this and then click Sign out.
The very last screen you will see at the end of your class after finishing your last quiz is a screen asking you to send us an email to “[email protected]”. On this page we will explain exactly what information to include in this email so that we can complete your certificate and get it mailed out to you.
As you progress through your class if you have any issues or questions just send us a quick email explaining the problem you are having or question you have and we will get back to you as soon as we can, typically within a couple hours unless it is after hours or on the weekend.
We hope you enjoy your class! You may proceed to the “create an account / login” page and start your class.
