HOW TO REGISTER FOR A DUI CLASS WITH COMMUNITY DIRECT
To register for community Direct online DUI class in Arizona, follow these steps:
1. Determine the Length and Level of the class: Arizona offers different levels of DUI classes based on the offense and severity. Determine the appropriate level and length of the class required for your situation. The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) will provide information on the specific requirements based on your case.
3. Complete the Registration Process: Once you have identified the class you are required to take, navigate through our website to the registration page. Follow the instructions provided and complete the registration process, which may include providing personal information, choosing the class level and length, and making payment.
4. Provide Required Documentation: After registering, the provider may request certain documentation to verify your eligibility for the class. This may include proof of identification, your court case number, or any necessary paperwork provided by the court or your attorney.
5. Complete the Online Class: Once you have registered and provided the necessary documentation, you will receive access to the online DUI class. Follow the instructions provided by the provider to log in and begin the course. Complete all the required modules and assignments according to the class requirements and timeline.
6. Obtain Completion Certificate: After successfully completing the online DUI class, you will receive a completion certificate.The certificate will be necessary to fulfill the court-ordered requirements and may be required for license reinstatement.

STEPS
You will need an internet connection and a smart device/computer with a camera function to complete your DUI screening. You will also need proof that you need a DUI Screening by submitting a copy of your citation, court documents, or an extended certified MVR. Lastly, a copy of a state-issued ID is required. With the photo ID and proof that you need a screening, the reporting to the courts and MVD will be completed on time.
ALCOHOL/DRUG SCREENING PROCESS:
- Pay for your DUI Screening.
- Complete your online profile.
- Schedule your screening with our clinical therapist.
- Email your ticket to [email protected] to confirm your BAC. ***Failure to confirm your BAC may delay the reporting of your screening to the MVD/Courts and a recommendation of 36 hours of DUI Treatment.***
- Upload your state-issued ID to your dashboard or email it to [email protected]
- Complete your Alcohol and Drug Screening
- The MVD and the appropriate court will be notified of your completed DUI Screening
- Arizona DUI Services will email you a copy of the results of the screening and a copy of the MVD confirmation for your records.
- Per the discretion of our Clinical Director for first-time time offenders with a BAC of .15 and higher will be recommended 36 hours of DUI Treatment
